Illustration Friday: Opinion
I know people who take it as a personal affront if your opinion is different than theirs. One definition I liked: Belief stronger than impression and less strong than positive knowledge.

I was born to, and raised by two very caring humans on Flora Street in Wichita, Kansas who did the best they could. During my childhood, my uncanny drawing skills kept me safe in the hood. Then, after serving several arduous years at Wichita State University, my toughness and cleverness that I acquired on the streets of Wichita enabled me to escape from Wichita under a tarp in the back of a southbound livestock/art supply truck. Nestled between a pig and a pile of 11"x14" spiral bound sketchbooks I found myself seeking my fortune in Dallas, Texas. Though my fortune eluded me, I did manage to have a great time drawing funny pictures for a lot of fine folks in that fine city. I was later fortunate to make the brilliant decision to move to Nashville, Tennessee, the greatest city on the planet. I know, that's a debatable assessment of Nashville, but I really, really like it here. I'm convinced that if I could sing, play an instrument, or were good looking, I could be a country music star. Till then, I make my living drawin' funny pictures, and painting rectangular paintings.

Very clever, wonderful characters. Love the type.
Yep that sums it up nicely
as Elwood says... just put a hat on someone in your picture and it makes it funny. But then... that is just HIS opinion...
Yes, when I can, I heed the wisdom of Elwood, though I am not worthy to untie his sandals.
